WU: row 2:00, foam roll/active ROM

Press 531: 115 X 5, 120 X 5, 125 X 7

Accessory work: Strict chin-ups/1 min rest: 10, 6, 5

Conditioning: 3 rounds 250m row/20 push-ups ~ 6 min (I've gotten fat and slow)
