If you wanna be on the safe side (of health) I'd go with the PaleoNu/PaNu recommendations by Kurt Harris.

Stephan isn't too biased on the kitavan's but Kurt is and explains why. Kurt, for the most part, recommends pretty much below 10% carbs (he himself is like 4%).
