Front Squats 1x5@65, 1x5@95, 6x3@125

Bench Press 2x5@95, 3x5@105

Close Grip Bench Press 3x5@85

2 hand k-bell Swing, 2x10
1 hand k-bell swing, 2x10

Med Ball situps 4x10
