Supposed to be a rest day, but I decided to play with the idea of squatting more and to see how the left knee feels doing FS

Front Squat
135 lbs x 10 x 2
185 x 5 x 2
205 x 5 x 1
245 x 3 x 7 (speed out the hole, no pause at top or bottom)

Good Mornings: 165 x 3 x 10

Inverted Rows: 5 x 10

GHD Sit-ups: 50reps

Roll and Stretch
