dehydration is definitely possible because i once weighed 7 lbs lighter after a run from when i started... well technically 5 lbs lighter, and then even further, 2 lbs lighter right out of the shower, which for the life of me i still cannot explain. I did hydrate along the way. Every five miles i would scoop the gallon jug of water and swig away
in any event i'm trying to be helpful =) please excuse my natural tendencies, my dad says the dumbass factor runs strong in me.
