breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 strips bacon
lunch: salad w/ spinach, 4 oz salmon, ~10 carrot sticks, 1 avocado
snack: a pear, some mixed nuts
dinner: pork chops...maybe 6 ounces or so
I'm really not into eating at all lately. Maybe the heat? Hopefully getting my AC fixed in my car will help, or maybe I need to cook some yummy soup.
