5minute heavy bag work (90%)
3min heavy bag work + 800m run (85%) x 2

Dips + Pullups
20/15 - 15/10
(ran out of time and had to go to work)

Later on supervised my guys during their first 5-3-1 session.

During their workout did some snatches (BB).
95x3/115x3/135x3/155x3

After they we're done went outside and did (2) 100m sprints.

Foot felt pretty good today...and yesterday. Soon I'll be 100% and can start working on my 5ks.
