Chris, I started the quest at 185# two months ago. 16# in ~60 days isn't too bad IMO, considering I'm 34.

I'd guesstimate I'm around 12%. Gained some fat from before, but I decided that had to happen for me to get over 200#. Now to get my strength levels up to where they need to be for the new bodyweight!!!
