Hey Tom, fellow marine here as well.
I was doing SS, then I took a break and started jim wendlers 5-3-1 program.
I condition 2-3 times a week.
Mondays I usually do sprints and Weds I pull the sled.
Fridays are mcmap/combat-conditioning in boots/utes/flak
So far I don't feel over-trained...
I'm taking my PFT next week, so we'll see how well it carrys over.
