No training...just a morning warm-up
25 pushups - 25 body squats - 10 HSPU - 25 crunches
(felt really strong and powerful throughout set...played it smart not to rep it out..imo)
Ran a 400 then called it a day.
My PFT is next Wed now...which is awesome cause its' during my "deload" week.
I want to improve my 3mile time from last year...I believe I ran a 21:05-21:15???
My goal is to get sub 21:00-20:30....I'm 10lbs heavier than last year...and my foot has been injured since April...we'll see.
