Wanted to get all my lifts done and out of the way so I can focus on my PFT for next week.

Front Squat
175x5
200x3
220x6
(internal issues on this last set)

Deads
280x5
315x3
355x8
(last 2 were the ugliest pulls I've ever done imo.

Muscle up + 10 pushups on pullup bar x 2

We had the "don't ask don't tell" meeting today on base. Apparently these focus groups are going on all over the place.

Did the following workout b/f:

Decending handstand pushups starting at 10 going down (1)
Ascending dead-hang pullups starting at 2 going up by (2)

Did 45 total HSPUs and 42 total pull-ups.

Not a bad session, would've did the whole ladder if time permitted.
