Was going to run this morning, but got only 6hrs of sleep.
Afternoon decided to go and get it done.
3miles on a 400m track (I felt I gave it about 75-80%)
My lungs felt like they could go a lot harder...so cardio wise I was good...but my back was sooo dog on tight from deads/front squats yesterday...that the last mile was painful.
So hopefully by next Wed...the doms will be gone and I can get a good time.
Afterwards hit the heavy bag and did 50 situps.
