We had the "don't ask don't tell" meeting today on base. Apparently these focus groups are going on all over the place.
Did the following workout b/f:
Decending handstand pushups starting at 10 going down (1)
Ascending dead-hang pullups starting at 2 going up by (2)
Did 45 total HSPUs and 42 total pull-ups.
Not a bad session, would've did the whole ladder if time permitted.
