COFFEE
1 egg fried in coconut oil
banana
1/4 cantaloupe

Breakfast/post workout-
grapes
MORE COFFEE
1/2 lb. beef/elk/bear/venison/salmon
8 eggs fried in tallow
avocado
orange
handful walnuts
