WU: Agile eight, active ROM

Squat 3 X 5: 285 X 3 X 5

BP 3 X 5: 190 X 3 X 5

DL 1 X 5: 345 X 1 X 5

All reps solid. Felt pretty good after being post-overnight shifts X 2 w/6 hours sleep pre-workout. Lots o' milk, turkey, and sweet potatoes post-workout ingested.
