Warmed up with 10 mins of biking, foam rolling, joint and hip mobility
I've tossed ZMAs back into my routine, already feeling pretty good after just 3 days. Still taking Probiotic, 5000 iu Vitamin D and sticking to ~4-9 g of fish oil per day.
On the road for the next two weeks. My simple goals are 1) maintain workout schedule and 2) EAT EVERYTHING I CAN GET MY HANDS ON, losing weight on the road has been an issue.
My drive today consisted of two triple-baconators sans cheese, mayo and bread w/ 3 peaches and a bag of carrots.
Just got to the hotel, time to find food again.
