Somewhere on the interwebz, it was said that Mr. Pendlay typically advises his lifters to consume the following to help with training and recovery:
- Fish oil (lots)
- Berries
- Ginger powder
Are there any generalities about the amounts of these that you've found to work best? Not looking for a specific "prescription", of course. If there is anything I missed, please feel free to add it in.
