Looks fine to me. IF is something most people need to tinker with to find their comfort zone.
Of course, the Leangains approach is fairly static with regards to the feeding window.
The key with IF is: if you are so hungry that no amount of liquid or other non caloric substance helps, it's time to eat whether the feeding window is open or not.
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
