Terrible night's sleep, but my lift went okay.
Clean and jerk practice (need some instruction/form work here), 45#s
Deadlift 3x300#
Overhead Press 1-1-x 140#, pretty close though.
Assistance work: 30# Vest 5rds: 10xdips, 10xlung, 8x pullup, 8x back extension
kept it pacy but not for time.
Ate a lot of naturally more yesterday, and had my normal pre-workout foods. Had 1 cup cottage cheese+blackberries+a little vanilla whey for sweetening postworkout and feeling some nausea now.
