Interesting day. Still have the sinus/head pressure.
5x5 progressed up to 85# Power Snatch
5/5/3 210# Squat
5x3 95# Snatch High pull
5x3 135# Incline Bench, Close Grip
Used some of this guys "recession blend" of whey from trueprotein...not bad. Looking at the next few weeks...I am just going to continue coasting until after my MCAT. Hopefully then I'll get the nads to really get stronger.
