I tried to stay pretty conservative with the maxes, i had about 5-10 more pounds in me but it wasnt worth chasing those just to start a program.
Olympic lifting will still continue, but im thinking i will do a progression that looks something like this
monday
squat, bench and assistance work
wednesday
olympic lifting and assistance work
friday
deadlift and oh press and assistance work.
