Default Sunday July 11 2010

Another shitty night of sleep. It is so frustrating, maybe the worst way I can think of to waste time. I ended up just studying until like 3 am. Drank a quart of whole milk eventually and finally fell asleep.

Lunges + Deads + sitting in a chair all day studying is making me very sore. I may go do some sprints at some point, depending on how fast the day goes.

Tricept work and KBs, abs made my back feel spasm-y again

Went to rocky top to watch the world cup final. Went ahead and did bench, and worked through some ROM with kettlebells. I may give squats a shot tomorrow, but its going to take a while as I am really feeling those lunges.
