Went to a neurologist, got $100 in prescriptions I can't afford and which will likely have no effect (except the eye drops).
3x5 220# Squats
3rds: 15sec glute bridge, 15x80# Leg extension, 15x25# Back Extension, 15x 100# Calf raise
Abs were still a no go
Ate Qdoba after with extra chicken, see if I can sleep tonight.
