2x3 40kg Snatch (PR)

1x145# Overhead Press

5rds: 3x60kg Clean, 3x145# Push Press, 12x15# DB L-Raise

3x [10x60kg SLDL,15x60#DB Rows]


Overhead Press was disappointing, doesn't look like I'll reach that goal before August 1, but everything else was good. Adding some carbs back into the diet peri workout and feeling better.
