Deadlifts 5x175, 5x205, 5x230

then 3 sets of 8 at 150

Bench press 5x115, 5x135, 5x155

then 3 sets of 10 at 100 (60 sec rest between sets

8 pull ups
8 chin ups
2 sets of 10 back extensions
