I know you don't need unasked for advice but I always try to be the voice of reason. Screw getting stronger right now just focus on getting better! You can't mess around with Lyme disease. It is way too serious of a disease. I have a friend that got it and has been struggling with it for 6 weeks. He is older and not in the shape you are, but still don't give it a chance to take you down any more than it already has.
Rest, fluids, food and whatever the doctor ordered should be your goal. Hell if you can eat try and put on some weight while you are on the mend. Fitness is a long term project and even if you are out 2 weeks you are gonna come back strong.
