here's something i considered doing a while ago
get 2 daisy chains and 4 carabiners. make it look like this
blue - ring
gray - daisy chain
green - carabiner
black - object you're hanging it from
i thought it was appealing cause it would be so fast since you could count the daisy loops and get it exact
