Press: 64.54kgx5x3 (1RM PR: hard-v hard)
DL: 177.27kg (1RM PR: v v hard)
Incline Sit-ups: 15,15,15
No pain in left calf, but felt a little tight during the first few squats. The 1.25kg, and one of the 0.5kg plates have gone missing from the gym, so had to go to the nearest weight using a combination of pounds and kgs.
