2 sets for reps HAHAHA that was great...

I love jumping rope.....for 5 minutes. I use it for a great warm up, Hit some doubles, and be done with it. I do think it is a great conditioning tool, but for myself, I wouldn't spend too much time trying to learn advanced skills.
