I decided to keep it light today for both lifts since I lifted on saturday for about 2 and a half hours. I went with Kent Stamey (crossfit hickory nc owner) and william mcalpine (posts training log here) to crossfit downtown winston to have peter haas coach us. I learned a lot and even set a 5 pound pr in the snatch at 165 lbs. All in all it was an extremely productive and enjoyable day.
