2) G-M, up to 95# x 10 x 2

3) Back Row (slow, strict and stretchy), up to 135# x 5 x 3

4) KB CnJ: 2 x 16KG, 54 reps in 5 mins

5) KB Sn: 24KG, 60 reps in 5 mins
