10 Thrusters - 95lbs
Run 200 meters
9 Thrusters
Run 200 meters
8 Thrusters
Run 200 meters... all the way down to 1


First wod after a nice weekend off in our nation's capital. Just tried to maintain a decent pace throughout, without walking or putting the weight down. Thrusters were easy and in good form, while running was a little more annoying.
