Looking to being adding supplements into my diet to help aid in recovery. A week of eating is usually 90% paleo, getting in at least a gram of protein per lb. However even with paleo and foam rolling I am pretty sore inbetween sessions and would love to try to alleviate some of it. I have seen some pretty good post on here about BCAA's. I was also considering adding some l-glutamine. Any other suggestions would be great.
