Yes I am type 1. I have taken the BCAA's and glutamine before but can remember how it specifically effected my blood sugar. From what I can remember they didn't have any drastic effects. Sleep is pretty good. Usually at least 8 hours a night.
Chirs I haven't tried upping my protein any more. I have been considering going up to 1.5 per lb as opposed to just 1.
