Usually I've been trying any form of hamstring stretching to try and feel something. I've tried the slightly bent legs thing before and it never seemed to fix anything, just get rid of the ligament stretch. But, it worked wonders for the good morning stretch which I must have skipped over trying in the past for some reason. Just 3 days in and I can get my torso to parallel with the ground; quick improvement. Thanks.
