I was working my planche progression yesterday and the pressure on my right wrist started to lean towards the realm of unbearable. I continued my worked out doing front & back levers and they did not bother my wrist.
Should I continue to train levers and lay off the planche and handstands for a little bit, or just let my entire upper body rest?
The pain is on the lateral side of my wrist. It disects my hand between my 2nd & 3rd finger and spreads over.
