so far i have been stretching it by placing my palms on the ground and rolling up on my knuckles and just slowly shifting my weight around, as well as icing 2-3 times a day. I can now do pushups without any pain, but i still plan on laying off of pushing for at least a week. I ordered a pair of tiger paw wrist supports as well
