Thanks Luis! It is healing pretty well. This week I was able to reintroduce training dips and tuck planches. I was also able to hold my 8 second tuck planche off the floor. I was also able to do 3x1 of full ROM HSPU on parralletes.
My wrist is feeling better day to day. For now I am backing off the adv. tuck planche and working more on the tuck.
BTW i checked out your blog,pretty cool stuff. Can't wait to see more!
