don't confuse the above with a metcon. you will get stronger if you strart with about 70% weights. 20/40 works slightly better but i got my first 4 plate squat after a 5 weeks of that thing several years ago.

i'd want her to be a technically sound squatter but beyond that regarding template. simple wins everytime.
