I would get with a coach that can teach how to properly execute the basic lifts required for starting strength. Exceeding in those lifts will not only make you stronger and more athletic, but also aid in accelerating your weight loss. You should also read up on the paleo diet and start implementing it as soon as possible. I have had numerous clients use this combo with great success.
