adductor stuff
So my hips are a bit wonky lately, and luckily I'm in Tucson so got to see my old back guy (who is awesome). He told me I need to stretch my right adductor and strengthen my left adductor, plus do work for lower abdominals and obliques and dedicated posterior chain activation. Any favorite exercises? I was thinking one-legged squats for just the left leg would be a good one.
