Last night I felt pretty decent so decided to do a recovery workout today. Only alloted 30 minutes for the workout to keep me honest.
Press 45 X 5,5,5, 75 X 5,5,5
BS 45 X 5,5,5 95 X 5, 135 X 5,5,5
P/U 3 X 5
I was trying to be nice and controlled with a good stretch at the bottom of the P/U's and I tweaked a muscle in my neck by slowly pushing over the bar at the top. That was irritating. I actually felt really strong this morning but kept myself from getting too ambitious. My neck will be fine it is just an irritant more than anything. Plus my back was extremely sore when I started so I think it was a combination of things.
Good to be in the gym this morning.
