Re: Yoga, yeah I find it soaks up a hell of a lot of time. Im all ears for a better solution though. The fact that you find the foam roller better for stretching is interesting. Can you point me in a direction where I can get some more info here.
Re the gym training. Ive been on a strength program and Paleo for awhile now. Ive dropped around 3 kilo's and im much leaner (still have to get my bf done)
But I know im heaps stronger, and which is probably a mental thing in the surf, but I rekon I can feel the difference.
