"Secret" to splits:
1. Watch Bloodsport as an impressionable teenager and become fascinated with Van Damme's chair splits.
2. Enroll in local karate dojo.
3. Spend a lot of time stretching
3a. Including the old side splits machine.
4. Do side splits and front splits (both sides) after 3-4 months.
That's what I did. There's no magic.
