Power day today. felt decent.
Power Snatch:
- Hit 75kg for 2 x 2
- then 80kg for 2 x 1
- down to 70kg for 2 x 2
Power Clean and Jerk:
- 90kg for 2 x 1 rep
- 95kg x 1
- 90kg for 2 x 2
Back Squat:
- 120kg x 2
- 135kg 2 x 1 rep
Going to hit a light(ish) technique session tomorrow (Friday) and work out some more bugs with my receive position on the snatch especially. Till next time.
