Drills to Win
Didn't have a partner around today who could help me with the perscribed workout so I recaped all the solo drills to this point.
Today's lunchtime class was on getting from the worst possible posture under side control to our recomended posture to the under hooking escape. Rolling was pretty good - pulled off a toriandor pass variation that I've been working on.
Gi Less BJJ
Played around with the duck under to to harness and duck under to standing arm triangle off of a head and bicep tie up for our stand up work today. Worked the conga line drill so everyone got to work it against different body types and light resistance. Spider guard to Kimura was the flavour of the day when we hit the mat. Rolling was fun - I went pretty light and focused on pressure more than anything else.
