We worked on an outer reap/knee wheel combination for takedowns. Groundwork was butterfly guard maintainance and the butterfly sweep with a strong emphasis on extending towards the ceiling rather than kicking over. Before we rolled I got everyone doing a call out drill to work guard attack transitions.
