Had to take Wednesday off to take care of some stuff. Hit up some volume today and tried to work on jerk form.
Snatch:
- 75kg x 2
- 80kg 5 x 1
- 70kg 2 x 2

Clean and jerk:
- 100kg x 1
- 105kg x 1
- 110kg x 1
- 95kg 3 x 1
appear to be dipping in excess to make up for a lack of speed, which of course just makes me slower... I'll work it out.
Back Squat:
- 120kg x 2
- 130kg x 1
- 150kg x 1
- 120kg x 3
not bad.
