12 thrusters (70lb KB)
18 close-grip pullups (dead-hang)
200m sandbag carry (105lbs)...
Time was not my friend today. Had (1) more round on stamina to do and also a 3 mile durability run w/ abdominals.
God willing,,,make it up tomorrow morning.
