Saturday 10-16-10
Quick session to test my knee and just keep things greased a bit. Worked the tissues around knee/quad/hammy insertion a bunch last night and this morning - it's coming along.
Back squats:
- 70kg x 8
- 90kg x 5
- 110kg 3 x 3
Polish Presses:
- bar x a bunch
- 40kg x 5
- 50kg 3 x 5 reps
lots more therapy and mobility work. Feeling human again.
